Our Retail Managers

Our Retail Managers set the bar when it comes to our customer’s experience in store.

In this leading role, not only will you be required to ensure that all merchandising, promotional and retail activity are maintained to TerryWhite Chemmart standards, but you will also take an active role in managing staff performance, monitoring wage costs, onboarding, and training new team members, and managing rosters.

To be successful in this leading role, our ideal candidate will have significant retail experience, preferable within a pharmacy setting. You will have a passion for retail, a strong eye for merchandising and precise attention to detail.  To help motivate your team to success you will ideally have previous experience leading and contributing to a dynamic team.
