Maternity Cover Contract – Outbound Service and Sales $65,000 + super + Bonuses Growing team – full time hours Work from Home x 4 days per week – 1 day onsite (after training) Office located close to CBD – parking or close to public transport Our client provides essential services to families across Queensland and New South Wales. They are experiencing considerable growth and are now seeking several Customer Experience Agents to join their team.
What you will do?
Make outbound calls to existing and families to advise of benefits and entitlements they can access (warm calls) Conduct follow up calls to customers to resolve any localised issues and to work towards resolutions Contact customers to expand the services available to them Undertake information gathering and providing advice and support to families on how they can maximise the organisation services Promote enrolments to customers who have expressed an interest through a variety of channels Promote special conditions and options available under specific funding What is in it for you?
