About you
You are a dedicated professional who are willing to share their skills and knowledge, push themselves to new professional heights. You have a passion to develop, advance, lead and motivate front of house teams with a positive work culture. You pride yourself in the presentation of the venue, leading, and influencing the team ensuring the highest quality of standards whilst measuring guest satisfaction and providing a superior and seamless dining experience.
  
The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years previous leadership experience in a premium dining environment
• Excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on team and guest satisfaction
• Highly adaptable and able to perform calmly in high-pressured service periods
• Efficient rostering and cost management strategies
• Current VIC RSA Certificate
