About the Role

This role plays a key part in providing our guests a superior food service.  You will supervise and deliver service of food for Vivonne Bay Lodge and be responsible for the maintenance of health and hygiene standards as required for a commercial kitchen. 

This role can be on a permanent part time or casual basis, and we expect a minimum of 30  hours per week will be required. Must be available to work on weekends.

About You

You will preferably have a background in the tourism industry and demonstrated experience in food provisions services.

• Supervise a small team
• Organizational and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Be motivated and show initiative
• Achievement and results driven

These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:

• Food safety course/training
• Responsible Service of Alcohol – Essential
• Experience in working in a fast paced team to reach goals
