Recruitment Advisors

We are seeking Advisors to join our recruitment team and support our growth strategy. You will focus on sourcing and attracting talent to drive performance, promote safety and enhance the overall culture at MinRes.

Where do you come in?

As an Advisor you will have experience sourcing for trades, technical and professional roles, preferably in the resources industry. The right person will enhance our capability and performance and bring additional strengths to complete our team.

You will be competent in conducting proactive and targeted searches for candidates who are not necessarily active in their own job search.

You can hit the ground running. Enthusiastic, a strong relationship builder, a team player yet autonomous, driving your work towards completion, with excellent attention to detail.
