Global Luxury Fashion – Sydney

NOW HIRING| A HR Business Partner for this growing luxury fashion group based in Alexandria. This American Fashion House is an institution – renowned globally for their approach to accessible luxury with a number of brands that sit within their fold – you will join a talented HR team focused on delivering people and culture support and projects.

Reporting to the Head of HR – you will be supported by a HR Specialist – retail recruitment, and support both corporate and retail for all brands.

This role has a key focus on talent development and management, recruitment, employee relations and industrial relations, compensation and benefits and special projects.

To set you up for success you will need |

  • Degree qualified in relevant HR or Business discipline from a retail/wholesale background

  • 5 years’ experience combined across HR or TA

  • Sound experience in industrial relations with strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations.

  • Very responsive and has an innate desire to help others with a focus on wellbeing

  • Strategic thinker. Able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks, make good judgements, and solve problems.

  • Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks.

  • Passion for people and all facets of HR

  • Payroll and Time & attendance system experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate confidentiality.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with strong business acumen and solid thought process

  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels.

  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task

  • Tech savvy, passion for work efficiency with a keen eye for detail
