About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Spence Doors, the Branch Manager is responsible for all of the Spence Doors Western Australia business encompassing both the manufacturing and sales functions. This is a critical role managing a site of approximately 20 employees in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing/managing the day-to-day, end to end site operations.
  • Business Development through sales generation and executing business plans to a high level.
  • Production and timeline accountability.
  • Manage quality control standards, budget and cost controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture within the site team.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
  • About you

    The ideal candidate will be results-oriented with a hands-on approach and a sense of responsibility and ownership. You will be a strong team player who proudly boasts accuracy and exceptional attention to detail as a strength. Further, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment essential.
  • Degree or Trade qualifications desirable.
  • Profit & Loss management and Project Administration experience
  • Timber, carpentry and/or metal work background highly desirable.
  • Experience with leading, managing and driving change management.
  • Experience and strong understanding of the Project Management process
  • Resilient, engaging, and open to learning
  • Experience dealing with builders and construction companies
