About the role

As InfoCentric continues to grow, we’re looking for a HR Advisor to join our team to build out our existing HR team. Joining a high performing team, you will be working as a HR generalist while being involved in Training and Development, Employee Wellbeing, Onboarding and Offboarding and Employee Engagement.

This is a hybrid, full-time, permanent role based out of Melbourne. Our ideal candidate would be available for 2 days a week at our office in the CBD.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of strategic thinking
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Experience with prioritisation
  • A passion for personal learning and growth

You’ll be at an advantage if you also have:

  • Training and Development specialisation
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Desire for career development and/or leadership
