About the Job Role As an Assistant Manager at Karrinyup, you will join a fun and upbeat retail environment, with solid support and guidance from a stable retail brand. Mentor and develop your Sales team with a hands-on approach, driving them to achieve success in a warm and friendly environment. You will work a set roster of Sunday to Thursday with a bonus long weekend on offer every month. Brilliant for those retailers looking for a work/life balance.  What you will need:

Passion to lead and inspire your team to achieve kpi’s

Management experience in a fast paced environment

Strong visual merchandising skills

Stock control within a large stock volume retail space 

Passion for customer service
