    The opportunity:

    We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources department.

    As the HR Administrative Assistant, it is crucial you can develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as:

    • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Group HR Advisor and Group HR Manager
    • Compile, distribute, and co-ordinate employment packs for new employees
    • Ensure all new employee, termination and change of employment condition paperwork is processed appropriately
    • Assisting with induction and on-boarding administration
    • Receiving and screening phone calls
    • Reporting/data entry/record keeping
    • Other ad-hoc HR administration and project support as required

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience
    • Fast and accurate typing ability, with demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
    • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to multi task
    • Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
    • Team player with a friendly, positive can-do attitude
