  • Indicative Total Remuneration: $74,862 – $103,186 (pro rata) – RN/RM1; $87,262 – $111,456 (pro rata) – RN2C – Multiple positions: Perm, Temp (F/T and P/T) and Casual
  • Joining the South East Integrated Mental Health Team, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of evidence-based, recovery-oriented mental health services. Ensuring services are appropriate to the needs of the consumer and the local community, you will provide integrated clinical mental health care to consumers across community, acute and rehabilitation service settings. This will be achieved by utilising and develop a combination of preventative, early intervention, therapeutic and evaluative approaches, including individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion and community development programs. Where required, you will plan and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies in providing individual health care needs. Consolidating your knowledge and skills, you will develop in capability through continuous professional development and experience. You will accept accountability for your own standards of mental health nursing care and for activities delegated to others. You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. You must be enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or hold a qualification in Mental Health practice. With demonstrated commitment to providing consumer and family centred care, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a mental health setting. You will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and possess strong communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and compliant immunisation screening.
