Working across one of our major Government accounts, you will provide end-to-end customer service through personal interaction and proactively approach queries to find solutions for our client in this training suite.Please note that this role will be part time.A snapshot of this role looks like….Provide a unique welcoming experience for all guests, staff and visitors,Be the go-to specialist for all staff & guest enquiries,Assist in the set-up of audio visual equipment within the Training Suites,Manage security, temporary access cards & meeting room bookings,Sound like you?To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience in a corporate environment and have a natural flair for customer service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task. You’ll have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, always appearing professionally presented and well-spoken. You’ll be able to work autonomously when required, but also a team player within the business unit, able to contribute accurately and effectively to the team environment!
