Commercial Cook – 6 X 1st, 2nd & 3rd Year Apprentices – Full Time & Part Time

Sarina Russo Apprenticeships has a client that is a winery in Pialligo that has several restaurants & café eateries that provide a modern Australian menu for their clientele. They cater to the public as well as a function room for weddings and celebrations and much more. Due to business needs they are looking for 6 apprentices in both full time and part time positions to start straight away. As an apprentice Chef you will use food preparation equipment, produce dishes using methods of cookery, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus. You will also work towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery. To be considered for one of these positions you will need to have a good attitude, a passion for the culinary industry and wanting to make this position the start of a career. Applicants will need to have a car & current driver’s license. The employer is looking for applicants that are reliable, committed and keen to get into a commercial cooking apprenticeship and that are available for an immediate start.
