About You:

With highly developed administration skills, you will be accountable for high volume recruitment to handle the large seasonal demands of this organisation including ensuring recruitment methods are compliant. 

You will have:

• A background in food and beverage operations; preferably in large scale multi outlet properties with extensive conference and banqueting departments or large catering companies offering extensive offsite catering services.

• Exceptional communication skills and administrative skills.

• Previous reservation or procurement systems experience is a bonus but not essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the highest levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Most importantly, you will have the ability to manage your time effectively whilst often competing with rapidly changing priorities whilst ensuring quality outcomes.

A Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator role is not for the faint hearted and previous experience in a fast faceted, multi-faceted environment is highly sought after.
