    About the role

    Sandhurst Trustees Limited (Sandhurst) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited. A key division of Sandhurst, Wealth Products is a dynamic, high performing and successful team responsible for developing and managing retail superannuation, managed funds and insurance solutions.

    As an Assistant Product Manager you will support the Senior Manager and Product Managers in product life cycle management, predominantly for the superannuation products and its insurance offering, to ensure they remain relevant to our customers and compliant. Key areas of work will be provision of support with:

  • end to end management, maintenance, development and compliance of the products including but not limited managing product disclosure requirements including PDS, website, member communications and statements or reviewing and updating policies
  • assessment and approval of early release claims
  • providing technical product expertise in the preparation and delivery of training and marketing materials, resolving member complaints and resolving op risk events and breaches
  • day to day team administration
  • This is a full-time position available for 6 months. We are happy for you to be based anywhere, provided you have access to one of our head or regional offices, OR a home office with a good internet connection. You will become part of a genuine and supportive team.

    About you

  • Experience in superannuation, managed funds and/or life insurance in a product management, compliance, or operational role (essential)
  • Current superannuation industry knowledge
  • Maintains highly accurate approach with attention to detail
  • Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed problem solving abilities
  • Highly developed self and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines with conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work independently and with all levels of management
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • RG146 qualifications, or working towards, would be highly regarded
  • Business degree or post graduate studies in business, finance or superannuation and investments is preferred but not essential.
