The Team Our Leading Lights project is currently the largest and most complex digital transformation program in Australia. This initiative will empower our schools, students, parents and staff to reimagine the way we teach, learn and serve in order to deliver a world-class learning experience for students. This position will allow you to work with some of the best technical experts in the industry and will enable you to make a significant contribution to the education sector. The Role This is a full-time ongoing position commencing as soon as practicable. Key responsibilities for this role include: Promote and uphold Gospel values, Catholic way of life, child safety and child wellbeing in all work endeavours and projects. Collaborate with and guide CEWA leadership to develop the organisation’s data strategy to effectively drive a data-informed, evidence-oriented culture. Oversee the development and deployment of CEWAs data and analytics platform. Provide strategic direction over the design and development efforts for data analytics solutions to support continuous organisational learning through evidence-based insights, across all CEWA directorates. Lead and manage the team responsible for building analytics and insights solutions which drive ongoing growth and development in professional practice, student performance, and organisational achievement. Produce reports for leadership demonstrating performance against Quality Catholic Education targets, continuous improvement outcomes and highlighting any relevant risks, issues, or changes. In collaboration with other directorates, apply an understanding of educational technology trends and assessment and measurement best practices in design and creation of analytics and insights tools and solutions. Lead the development of the analytics data engine to collect and maintain records from internal and external information management systems and data suppliers to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting solutions. Your Background Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education. Extensive knowledge and understanding of learning technologies and methodologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics 365, Dataverse Azure, Power Platform and Cloud based learning platforms. Proven experience of strategic success with large, complex, multi-location, enterprise organisations Strong ability to evaluate, guide and deploy data and analytics projects to support desired outcomes Relevant experience in leading a team of developers and analysts that delivers high quality projects within an education system Demonstrated skill and experience in presenting to a variety of stakeholders, including at executive level Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions to deliver successful digital technology outcomes Ability to develop a highly effective team to build capacity and instil high performance habits What we can offer you Additional leave entitlements (over Christmas 4 days) Competitive salary Salary packaging Free onsite parking Corporate healthcare rates Heritage listed work environment Staff canteen service Wellness program Employee assistance program.
