We are a community minded organisation with dedicated divisions for Recruitment and Labour-hire, Indigenous Employment, Disability Employment and Group Training.About the RoleReporting to the Team Leader your day-to-day responsibilities include:End-to-end recruitment for both temporary and permanent vacanciesSourcing candidates, ad writing, screening, interviewing and shortlistingManaging both client and candidate expectations to secure win-win outcomesProviding coverage of other team members’ portfolios as neededFostering long-term relationships with clientsWorking collaboratively with Maxima’s other divisions to identify joint opportunitiesSkills & ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA pro-active mindset, focusing on seeking solutions to problemsSolid administrative and computer skillsA current driver’s licenseQualifications in Human Resources would be highly regarded but not essentialCultureMaxima is unique as we’re a not-for-profit we work differently to most other agencies.
