Consultant Research Opportunity for a Researcher to support our Customer Feedback (NPS) ProgramShowcase your research expertiseMelbourne CBD location About the roleThe role of Consultant Research will design and execute the research that underpins NAB’s customer feedback (NPS) program. This program includes the design, build and ongoing management of a range of customer feedback surveys. The role is integral to the success of Customer Advocacy at NAB.Your key accountabilities will include: Design and manage Net Promoter System (NPS) research projects including preparation of research briefs, questionnaires, analysis, insight generation and dissemination of resultsContribute to insight development (partnering with the Insights team) to improve understanding of the drivers of customer advocacyManage workflow with external agencies (where required) and communicate with internal stakeholdersAct as a voice of the customer through the NPS team and broader enterpriseWork with NPS Operations and Insights teams as requiredThe design, build and execution of research projects Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications will include: Experience with a range of research techniquesBackground working with customer feedback measurement systems including the Net Promoter SystemProven experience working on high profile projects across multiple stakeholders whilst managing conflicting prioritiesStrong business acumen, stakeholder management and engagement skillsExcellent communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audienceFosters teamwork and collaborationTertiary qualifications in a related field preferred About NABWe believe success comes from our people.
