  • Full-time, Fixed term contract for 12 months

    We are currently seeking an Advisor, Domestic Recruitment to join the Domestic Recruitment team. This team is responsible for the recruitment of domestic undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students across Australia.

    Reporting to the Team Leader, Domestic Recruitment, this role focuses primarily on the recruitment of undergraduate school leaver students, and undertakes core responsibilities including:

  • ACT and region recruitment, including schools engagement, school visits, presentations and attendance at careers expos.
  • School careers advisors’ liaison, including stakeholder relationship management and coordination of the monthly careers advisor newsletter.
  • Coordination of the Fast Forward Program, the University’s early offer and brand ambassador program.
  • CRM coordination, including managing enquiries from stakeholders and prospective students.
  • Major event coordination and support, including the Canberra CareersXpo and Open Day.
  • Other recruitment initiative support, including promotion of the Accelerated Pathways Program (H courses)
  • To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to actively engage with and develop strong relationships with stakeholders and passionately collaborate with colleagues to coordinate marketing and promotion across various channels.

    The ability to assist in the implementation of the domestic student recruitment strategies and delivery plans by providing cross team administrative and recruitment support is highly desirable.

    The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive attitude, a demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and be looking to expand their professional network. This role may require some interstate travel and therefore, the successful candidate will need to hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
