Position Profile: We are looking to appoint motivated, enthusiastic Assistants in Nursing to join Fiona Stanley Hospital and provide patient care in the areas of Emergency, Acute and Aged Care. As part of a multidisciplinary team you will deliver general patient care under the direct supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse or Midwife. You will perform the primary function of an Assistant in Nursing as defined in Operational Directive – Assistants in Nursing – Duties and Competencies – 0157/08.

Area Profile:  Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
