  • Full time, ongoing – Indicative Total Remuneration $70,666 – $75,281  – ASO3
  • The Administration Coordinator – Nursing plays a key role in monitoring and assisting with the Division’s Human Resource management function and plays an extremely important and valuable part in helping the Division implement initiatives which results in the effective operation of the Division of Paediatric Medicine and the Women’s and Children’s Health Network. The incumbent will perform duties autonomously while exercising initiative and judgement.

    The Administration Coordinator – Nursing is responsible for the outcomes of a range of administrative functions within the Division including:

  • Coordinating the recruitment and selection of Nursing staff within specified timeframes, including writing panel reports as required
  • Coordinating contracts, vacancy management and e-recruitment processes
  • Managing requests and ProAct rostering including data entry and adjustments
  • Providing advisory and support services with respect to operational portfolios to Departments/Units in relation to human resource management practices to assist them in meeting their HR responsibilities.
  • Ensuring the Division has a consistent approach to supporting Managers and employees on human resource matters
  • Actively participating in quality/continuous improvement projects
  • Monitoring Staff Plans of vacancy management within expenditure budgets and FTE caps.
