ElectricalMechanicalMechanicComputer IT / Information Technology / Communication & NetworkingBuildingWH&SFitter & turner Then, this can be the role for you!Reporting directly to the Operations Area Manager, the Field Services Technician is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience in the car parks (leased, managed and patrolled) by ensuring the property and its assets are properly maintained and in full working order. The role will perform activities associated with installing, diagnosing / technical advice, maintaining and servicing all of carpark equipment. In addition undertake day to day carpark operational duties ensuring that customers are provided with the highest level of service and that staff present a professional corporate image and maintain strict adherence to corporate quality standards for carpark presentation and operation. The role may also include the monitoring and issuing of infringements.Asset / Site Operations; Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety policy, monthly site audits to assess risks, management of incidents, claims and return to work programs.Assist with providing management support coverage to the Customer Service Officer during weekend /peak occupancy periodsShift hand-overs are performed properly and that relevant information is conveyed and outstanding tasks or activities properly handed over inline is Secure Parking’s handover SLA’sShare rotational 24/7 on call duties with team members and other out of hour’s support that may ariseWillingness to learn system repair and maintenance of new technology and current technology Key Performance Indicators Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly, carry out equipment checks as required, and immediately inform all required personnel of faults found.Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule along with responding to equipment faults at the carpark sites. Supporting all makes and models of access control and parking systems installed. This can include: Service calls,fault findinganalysis and repair servicesInstallation servicesPreventative maintenance services and consulting services. Initiate cost effective repairs and maintenance and assist in capital expenditure program delivery Enabling the efficient, cost effective operation and maintenance of all services within the nominated property(s)Ensure all signage including LED signage is maintained, atheistic pleasing and current.Maintain and ensure all remote/onsite offices and car parks are kept is a neat and clean condition as per Secure Branding guidelinesEnsure that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, current legislation and the codes of practice.Monitor adherence to all financial transaction policies and procedures (including cash handling, permanent passes, credit vouchers, advantage parker etc).Be aware of and demonstrate a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity in the workplace.Participate in staff training and development activities to assist in the achievement of individual and work objectives.Ensure all Site Operating Procedures are current and publishedUndertake other reasonable duties as assigned and appropriate.Respond to service requests from NCC and other for Incidents, problems and changes to carpark function by providing operational and technical adviceProvide high level recommendations to assist with the preparation of annual operating maintenance and capital works budgetsCarry out asset inspections as required under the business operating model & document requirements SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Reporting on billable v non billable workEnsure 100% of scheduled maintenance work is completedEnsure all self-assessments are completed in a timely mannerRespond to incidents within to be agreed SLA response timesTimely delivery of monthly reports as agreedTimely reporting of job closures in system with recording of hours and parts usedNo run out of key consumables ( e.g tickes)Level of customer satisfaction as indicated by customer or client feedbackEffective communication with staff through regular staff meetingsPrior experience with Parking Equipment (Skidata, S&B, Zeag, Design, ITSL, CDS, Genetic, smart parking) is desirable
