About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to open this BRAND NEW Bundaberg store. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail management background with a focus on coaching and mentoring and maintaining all store operations and inventory control. We are seeking a charismatic and hands-on leader with strong communication skills. A passion and/or knowledge of the trade industry and tools is preferred. In this role, you will be leading a team of up to 10 staff and managing all operational aspects of the business.
