Position Description

We have restaurant on the Sunshine Coast seeking two Hospitality Front of House Trainees. There are two position available one full time and one part time. Weekend and evening shifts will be required.

This restaurant has a bright breezy buzz and is ideal for breakfast, lunch, afternoon drinks and dinner. The ambience is bright, modern, and casual, designed to take advantage of the passing foot traffic. A stylish dining room which has a modern industrial feel whilst maintaining a relaxed holiday vibe. Customers can choose to dine inside or outside, depending upon their mood. The space is varied and offers the perfect ambience for intimate dining or larger groups catching up. The menu is designed to pay homage to its location with a strong local focus. The food is fresh and the produce is always the star. The flavours are vibrant, clean and simple yet combined to create innovative dishes with subtle sophistication. The menu changes regularly, taking full advantage of what this region produces from the sea and hinterland.

Be well presented, well-spoken and punctual
Have a current drivers licence and own vehicle

You will be completing a Cert III in Hospitality (front of house) and must be eligible to complete a traineeship
