The HR Professional Stream brings together HR professionals from across the APS. It aims to build and uplift strategic HR capability across the public service. The HR Professional Stream aims to foster learning, collaboration and to contribute to a more adaptive, responsive and future-ready APS.APS HR Graduates will be a part of the APS HR Professional Stream. You’ll benefit from top industry expertise and get access to specialised training. You’ll also be connected to a national network of leading HR subject matter experts. You will build your experience and skills by engaging in strategic HR thinking and by tackling practical challenges.You’ll also discover just how rewarding it is to be a HR practitioner in the APS. You’ll see the real impact on the lives of Australians the APS has. You will need to provide evidence of completion before the start of the program.of good character, as demonstrated by satisfying an integrity check we will carry outable to satisfy the relevant medical check (if required for the position).This vacancy has been nominated for filling within the Agencies Graduate program. A graduate program is a structured, on the job program, designed to introduce graduates to an APS organisation. They receive training and development, mentoring and on the job support.
