About the role:

The HR Recruitment Admin is responsible for providing efficient, accurate and timely administration support to the HR team.
This is an initial 6 month contract working in the Perth CBD, part-time hours ranging from 20-30 a week.

We are looking to shortlist immediately.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting Recruitment and HR team

Writing position descriptions and posting adverts on SEEK

Filing and maintaining database

Liaising with overseas Shared Services team

Maintaining confidentiality with all HR related information and documentation

Desired Experience and Skills:

Strong admin experience, reliable willing to all aspects including filing

HR/recruitment admin experience ideally within the Resources Sector

Experience dealing with confidential information

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Available to start ASAP
