Telemarketing Coordinator

Work type: Part time Location: Perth West Australian Newspapers has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Telemarketing Coordinator, working with a team whose key focus is subscription sales of The West Australian and The Sunday Times. This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week, from 2:00pm to 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 2:00pm to 5:00pm Friday.We are looking for a passionate and energetic person who can use their leadership, sales skills and administrative skills to contribute to the success of the department as well as ensure a focuson compliance is maintained across the team’s suite of responsibilities. This role will suit someone who is naturally sales and service oriented with a clear focus on delivering results.A day in the life of the Telemarketing Coordinator: Manage the daily workflow of the Telemarketing teamDriving sales and leading by example, inspiring the team to reach their campaign targets.Produce weekly rostersMonitoring team performance and providing the tools to succeed.Play an active role in the recruitment and on boarding process.Develop training material and deliver training sessions. Our Telemarketing Coordinator will be able to demonstrate: Excellent customer service and sales skills.Previous experience in a call centre environment or sales experience.Proven ability to work towards and exceed KPI’s which includes sales, service and quality targets.Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders.A collaborative and consultative leadership styleA positive attitude and a desire to drive your team to success.Strong time management, attention to detail and organisation skills.
