ABOUT THE ROLEWe currently have an exciting role at our Maroochydore store for our next Part Time Sales Assistant who is ready to ROCK the first impressions that make customers want to come back again and again. The key to your success lies in a personal interest of on-trend and popular fashion trends that meet customer needs, creating connections that maximise sales, representing the brand with flair and style, and supporting the management team with stock organisation and visual merchandising. DUTIES Represent Jay Jays by providing customer service with honesty and integrityDelivering on sales targetsAssist with stock management and setting up visual merchandisingMinimise stock loss following loss prevention processesAttend store meetings and in-store training SKILLS & EXPERIENCETo succeed in this role, you will: Understand what great customer service looks likeDemonstrate a strong customer focus with everything you doValue integrity and doing things the right wayEnjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environmentBe ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.
