They offer accounting, consulting, training and financial services to support all aspects of business and personal needs.About the roleThe Training & Consulting Coordinator role is a critical member of the small team responsible for the efficient, effective running of training courses and consulting services including: Providing a professional presence to every part of the contact process with our clients from the initial inquiry through to setting up of the courses, and following up with the clients upon completion,All administrative duties associated with ensuring the smooth running the courses and consulting services including engagement processes and maintaining client records,Management of facilities and associated arrangements for the training rooms,Support to the management team for each business division,Provide support to the business owners as required.have a high standard of professional and personal integrity,consistently applying professional discretion in the tasks, you are required to perform,make effective use of automated office tools such as Outlook, Word or Excel,have experience working with a range of systems, being quick to learn new processes,be experienced in working in a busy office environment.Desirable Experience in office management, senior administrative support or Business Division Support Officer/ assistant roles is required, ideally in a finance area, but other related disciplines considered.Exposure to accounting software such as MYOB or Xero,Worked with student or client management systems,Carried out RTO processes and reporting requirements,Managed calendars for appointment scheduling.
