Ideally you will be an all-rounder enjoying working on each section with a creative flair and a solid track record in delivering high quality cuisine. Utilizing a variety of award winning local produce, you will be responsible for creating an array of impeccably presented dishes. You will be hands on in your approach, and thrive on achieving outstanding results.
