For more information about the firm, please visit The role AlphaBeta Managers are adept problem-solvers. They are the day-to-day lead on projects. They form strong working relationships with clients, coach teams, guide and review analysis and problem-solving on the project, and manage project delivery. As members of our leadership team, Managers are also expected to mentor junior consultants, role model our values and reinforce positive behaviour within the firm. This role would be ideal for candidates who want to engage and add value within the most interesting challenges facing the public sector. What we are looking for Significant consulting experience Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, data science, statistics and / or economics A flair and passion for problem solving and interest in public policy, economics and social impact problems Excellent project management and delivery skills Ability to work strategically with strong business acumen Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Previous experience in leading, coaching and developing teams Experience in client or stakeholder management (public and/ or private sector) Canberra based applicants, or applicants willing to move for the opportunity to work with a team of bright and passionate professionals Complimenting your experience, you will ideally hold a Bachelor degree. Post-graduate qualification (, MBA/ Masters/ PhD) would be highly regarded, although not essential.
