ABOUT THE ROLE:6 month temporary contract, working within the Client Engagement and Support Services team, you will deliver high quality advice and professional services with guidance to Open Arms in the areas of clinical research studies, trials, and projects, program pilots, and evaluation, and contribute to research translation and knowledge transfer into policy and practice. Duties include:Under supervision, contribute to the Open Arms research program of works to support high quality mental health service deliverySupport effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersContribute to strategic planning for longer-term initiativesContribute to the development and maintain documentation to track, monitor, report and contribute to the evaluation and integration of Open Arms initiatives into business as usual within the serviceWith guidance, draft advice, input, briefings, papers, submissions and correspondenceProvide Secretariat support for Open Arms Committees and Working Groups ABOUT YOU: Qualification in Mental Health, or Psychology, or Social ScienceIT proficient and able to work flexibly across multiple issues with little guidanceStrong stakeholder management experienceUnderstanding of mental health servicesExperience in research, evaluation and contract managementRelevant experience in the Australian Public Service and the Australian Defence Force highly desirable THE BENEFITS: $50 – $55 / hour + super, paid weeklyContribute to real change within your communityOpportunity for creativity and innovation6 month contract with view to extend If this position appeals to you, apply today!
