Working within the Raytheon Australia Project Management Function, the Internal Program Management Office (IPMO) Manager applies processes and methodologies for the effective monitoring, control, governance, assurance and measures, ensuring that projects are successfully delivered. Focussed on achieving the business objectives of the company, the IPMO Manager will ensure that all financial, scope and schedule commitments are achieved, and reporting is effective and relevant. The IPMO Manager is required to form and maintain close relationships with a wide range of project and functional stakeholders, to facilitate and co-ordinate reviews, conduct analysis, and provide the relevant specialist support as required during the various project lifecycles. Responsibilities: + Project reporting, measurement and analysis, + Coaching and ongoing development of the PM capability; + Improving processes, procedures and tools for the effective and efficient day to day running of projects; + Supporting the PM elements of bids and proposals; and + Delivery of internal training, including the roll out of new capabilities and the associated change management aspects. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: + University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Logistics, Business Management or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience + Ideally 10 years relevant experience + Demonstrated practical knowledge of leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within a job area + Experience in managing projects within Defence industry highly desirable + Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1.
