Someone who is forward-thinking and keen to join a leading contractor in a stand alone interstate position who will be directly impacting the success of our projects every day. It goes without saying that this role will require you to have a vast knowledge of the SA market, think pro-actively, to respond quickly and be comfortable recruiting for both Blue and White Collar requirements across both SA and WA.Key Responsibilities: Actively recruiting Blue and White collar personnel utilising a range of sourcing strategiesDelivering a high level of customer service to internal clients and candidatesEnsuring mobilisations and compliance are carried out in accordance with project requirementsWorking with the Recruitment Team Leader to maintain ongoing customer satisfactionEnsuring the recruitment database is kept updated and maintained What you will bring: Experience in recruiting Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, and other hard to find trades, as well as Supervision: Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors, Planners, Estimators, etc.Knowledge of our industry (experience recruiting in heavy industrial, construction, maintenance or resources sector) particularly across SAA customer service approach – Both internally and to candidatesBe comfortable in a stand-alone role – directly reporting to WAExposure to Fast track and ERMS systems is preferred but non-essential The benefitsWe provide the benefits you’d expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?
