Working within our Corporate division, you will join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Specialist whilst being a part of a dedicated internal team of recruitment professionals, you will be responsible for the successful recruitment and mobilisation of staff and supervision talent to our Engineering & Construction division. This is a highly impactful and visible role, where you will work with others accepting responsibility for delivery while ensuring accountability for performance.What you will bring: Proven previous experience working in a high paced environment working across multiple rolesAn understanding of mobilisation for projects in the engineering and construction industryThe ability to deliver high volume, urgent business requirements whilst thinking longer-term and continuously driving innovation and improvementWell-honed organisation skills with the flexibility to work with changing priorities/site requirementsA degree of resilience and ability to build effective partnerships through adopting a strong service mindset, utilising your interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders The BenefitsWe provide the benefits you’d expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?
