About the role:

2 x roles available

1 x 12-month Fixed Term, 1 x Full Time permanent.

Flexibility to work across our Cannon Hill and/or Bokarina offices.

The Marketing Advisor – Employment will have responsibility for leading customer acquisition and experience to increase the lead generation and caseload growth and improve customer experience, engagement and retention for Employment programs within Community Solutions Group (CSG), a subsidiary business of Endeavour Foundation. The primary purpose of the role will be to support, establish and drive customer attraction and engagement with customers and key referral partners aligned to the business objectives of Employment and wider Community Solutions Group.

You will be responsible for, in conjunction with Business Development, Marketing and Service Delivery, the development and execution of a tactical Customer and Marketing strategy to increase related performance and growth within Employment, CSG.

The focus will be to increase customer acquisition opportunities, improve existing customer retention, and support leaders and key roles in executing key marketing and lead generation initiatives aligned to the Employment business plans and KPI’s. 

  • Assist with the development and implementation of campaigns and marketing strategies across traditional and non-traditional channels focused on the Service Delivery offering.
  • Develop, coordinate and execute events targeted to our core customer group and referral networks for the purpose of growing new customer leads.
  • Develop and coordinate marcomms in line with marketing strategy and multi-channel campaign activity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build marketing strategies aligned to a region’s capacity and needs.
  • Complete data analysis and reporting to recommend marketing strategy optimisation for the Service Delivery initiatives.
  • Project and promote Service Delivery initiatives to new audiences and potential partners
  • Provide required reports and metrics on marketing activities to the senior Management.
  • All About you:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong working experience across events, multi-channel campaigns, email marketing and community management.
  • Experience in content development with a strong copywriting skills
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing, Advertising, Communication
  • Exceptional understanding of marketing principles and best practice within a large organisation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Competent in a number of different marketing software systems
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery tactical marketing and campaign activities.
  • Demonstrated experience within marketing analytics and delivering monthly reporting. For eg, Google Analytics, Data Studio, defining campaign KPIs and measuring performance.
  • Understanding of the integrated (digital and traditional) marketing initiatives
  • Experience in updating website content. For eg, WordPress, Drupal, etc.
