Do you have what it takes to join one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies?About the RoleThe Sales Assistant works directly with the Sales Management team to assist in the management of sales inventory and administration functions.Schedule: Full-TimePrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Articulate vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services on websiteMonitor vehicles online presence and status on a daily basis, ensuring status of vehicle and adjusting shooting scheduleReceive and stock in all automotive retail vehicles upon entryOrganize and maintain all Pre-Owned automotive inventory pouches for easy accessibilityOrganize and arrange all reconditioning and vendor services to be performed on pre-owned inventory as authorized by Sales ManagementCreate and manage purchase orders for internal and external customersAssist in management of DealerSocket (CRM software) to ensure marketing campaigns and tracking tools are effectively utilizedManage and organize marketing, décor, food and beverage for regular Private SalesCreate and upload online vehicle advertisements through the use of various social media sites. All advertisements are to be inclusive of Car proof report, vehicle description with a minimum of 30 interior and exterior picturesManage and monitor all online vehicle advertisements to ensure traffic objectives are met, and advertisements are updatedPhotoshop vehicle pictures when necessaryGenerate Auto Trader and/or Edealer advertisement and upload photos to ensure accurate vehicle information on sites Shoot photographs of dealership, staff, special events, promotions and delivery photos when requiredRemain up to date on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trendsQualifications:Previous experience in the Automotive industry is preferredA proven track record of success in a fast-paced Administrative roleExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent organization skills, written and oral communication skillsAbility to communicate in English fluently (written and verbal)Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectationsAbility to excel in time management whilst in a fast paced environmentAbility to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client baseAbility to operate Automatic and Manual transmission vehicles is preferredComputer Skills /Internet Savvy – MS Office, Outlook, Dealer Socket, Craigslist etc.Ability to operate a manual and automatic transmissionValid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
