ASSISTANT TO THE DEPUTY PRINCIPAL (PRIMARY) & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER 1.0 FTE Ongoing Position (Term Time Only) Commencing May 2021 This full-time (Term Time Only), ongoing position will work under general supervision of the Deputy Principal (Primary)and the Director of Ministry and will be required to demonstrate: • Effectiveness in customer service functions • An ability to follow specified policies, procedures and internal controls • Time management and organisational abilities in an office environment • A commitment to personal and team effectiveness The successful candidate must be competent in all facets of general office administration and have a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a wider team environment. Familiarity within an educational environment would be an advantage. Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
