With an enviable client base, a steady stream of job orders you will be fully occupied, enjoy the variety and thrive in a supportive and cohesive team.The RoleYou will support the recruitment activity for both permanent and temporary recruitment working across Federal and State Government and commercial roles in a multitude of environments and industries. Your accountabilities will include:Build talent pipelinesLiaise with hiring managers and develop job briefsAttract, source, screen and interview candidatesConduct interviews and support volume assessment centresManage on-boarding of on-hired workers and recruitment administrationContact on-hired on a regular cycle and respond to site issues.Develop accounts and strengthen client relationships through reliable, consistent supply and collaboration.Contribute to team achievement of KPI’s and goalsAbout YouIdeally you can demonstrate some pre-existing exposure to talent, recruitment, or extensive experience as a hiring manager wanting a career change. You demonstrate strong organisational skills, a capacity to work in a fast pace environment, a track record in achieving goals and meeting targets, great interpersonal and interaction management skills and have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
