The individual works closely with Compliance Management to assist in maintaining the robust Compliance program of the Firm and with internal stakeholders to provide regulatory guidance and to advise on compliant processes.ResponsibilitiesStaying abreast of the regulatory environment and expectations – SME on FSCA financial regulations including AML legislationAnalysis of incoming regulations and implementation supportKnowledge of the Data Protection environmentPreparing a biweekly regulatory sweep on regulatory updates applicable to FXCM ZASupporting the Compliance Advisory (RRD) Vice President in the continual evaluation and implementation of relevant Compliance policies, procedures and processes.Drafting of written policies and proceduresConducting gap analysis of policies and procedures and assisting with the remediation of noted deficienciesAssisting in projects that have regulatory implications and covering Compliance questions by project stakeholdersMaintains and promotes high ethical standards by demonstrating honesty, integrity, professionalism and fair dealing at all times internally and externally, promoting and enhancing the good reputation of the Firm.
