This position is responsible for strategic business partnering to ensure the recruitment process and service delivery to all stakeholders is of the highest standard.You will manage the development, strategy and operations of the talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for designing and executing effective sourcing strategies, working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to support, coach and influence talent initiatives.In this role you will need to ensure efficiency, quality compliance and strong engagement is delivered consistently.About youIt is essential that you have been instrumental in the development of successful recruitment processes and systems whilst demonstrating your ability to remain hands on and calm with managing a fast paced job portfolio.You must be an effective communicator with a passion to achieve results and support a shared purpose and direction. You will be able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
