Arjo are going through some very exciting changes and as a result we have a NEW opportunity for a Product Manager to join the South East Asia Pacific (SEAPAC) marketing team. The primary focus of this role will be to lead and implement the national product strategy and business training needs for the Pressure Injury Prevention & Medical Beds portfolios of products. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications – SEAPAC your role will be to maximise market share and ensure business performance targets are met through the provision of strategic direction, competitor and market analysis, clinical education, product training & In-market support provided to State Sales Managers and their teams. This will involve working with individual Sales Specialist in key accounts and active participation in industry stakeholder groups/associations. To be successful in this position, you will possess: Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in business or clinical related discipline i.e. Business, Science, Medical Science, Nursing or Marketing; 3+ years product management experience in medical devices within acute or long-term care segments; Experience selling direct into the acute care and/or long term care environment; Strong market knowledge to help identify opportunities for the business and the sales team; An execution orientated mind-set with a strong passion for business development; An ability to work conceptually and strategically solve business challenges; Strong people skills, with a natural flare for interacting with stakeholders at all organisational levels; Our purpose Everything we do, we do with people in mind.
