You will manage the entire candidate journey, from sourcing through to job offer, and get to learn from the most experienced recruitment team in Canberra as you build your own career path. You will work closely with our team of consultants, account managers, and recruitment lead to develop strategies for sourcing and recommend the most capable candidates to clients. Your key duties will include:Using a range of systems to source, attract and qualify candidatesScreening and interviewing candidatesWriting and advertising job opportunitiesSupporting candidate through the recruitment process, including: Resume preparation and submissionFacilitation of the interview and offer processSupport candidates through onboardingProviding ongoing care and support to contractorsProviding administrative support to senior account managers About You Our ideal candidate will be a capable recruiter with previous experience as a recruitment consultant, preferable in the IT/Digital sector. This opportunity supports clients across the Federal Government and Defence, so an understanding of recruitment processes in a high-level security cleared environment is preferred. You will need to be an excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
