Permanent Part-Time position | Monday to Friday | 6.00am to 11.00amOperations all-rounder | Warehouse and Administration FocusMust have own vehicle, Current Driver’s Licence + Forklift LicenceThe RoleWe are currently looking for an Warehouse Coordinator to join our small Canberra operations team performing an array of duties covering office coordination, operations support and merchandising. Your responsibilities will include the following:Administration support for the sales team including email and calendar management as requiredSort and allocate runs and loads for drivers ready for deliveryMonitor drivers to ensure efficient and on time customer deliveriesRespond to both internal and external customer queriesMaintain clients’ stock levels by completing stocktake and placing orders on behalf of the customers to replenish supply of stockCoordinate safety and compliance inspections as required (fire equipment, emergency lighting, etc.)Coordinate maintenance and ensure general cleanliness of both the office and  warehouseAdditional ad hoc tasks as required          About YouTo qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:Previous experience in a similar roleAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High level of attention to detailAbility to prioritise and efficient time management skillsAbility to multi task between office and warehouse requirementsMust have own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licenceMust hold a current Forklift LicenceAbout COSCOS is the largest independent B2B supplier in the Australian Office Products Industry selling thousands of products for every room in the modern office.  Pivotal to our leading success is our eCommerce platform COSnet where over 2000 customers shop every day. Proudly Australian owned and operating for 40 years, we’re achieving record sales targets and growth – it’s an exciting time for COS! Why work for COS?We’re a family business with family values and our staff are key to our success.
