About the CompanyDQ Australia is a leading innovative Digital Marketing Agency helping the business of improving its performance through the enhancement of individual as well as organisational level.About RoleDQ Australia executives owns various inhouse businesses , where currently we are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager & Strategist dedicated for Education Provider.This is a broad role where you will support each of our Education Provider business to develop, execute and measure digital, social and content marketing strategies. You will primarily be responsible for driving student acquisition across all digital programmatic marketing: paid search, display prospecting, remarketing and social advertising. Core Job ResponsibilitiesDrive student acquisition through the development of digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channelsCollaborate with the inhouse Digital Marketing Teams to design, deliver, implement and analyse digital marketing strategiesResponsible for the management, optimisation and performance of PPC accountDevelop and implement acquisition campaigns across social media channelsDevelop and optimise remarketing campaigns that drive student enrolmentsDevelop and implement display and native campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website, feeding the top of the acquisition funnel.Manage Hubspot reporting and guide lead pipeline optimisation for the sales team.Drive brand awareness and consideration through social & content marketing campaignsPartnering with Digital Marketing teams you will develop the social and content marketing strategies that drive awareness and build brand value across each businessCollaborate with each business to design, create and deliver engaging social and content marketing campaignsDrive insights through reportingReport on the performance of digital and social media campaigns and channelsWork with the General Manager of Marketing to develop attribution reports, providing insights to the business Marketing teams.Undertake ad-hoc research projects that provide insights into the motivations of our students, translating the insights into digital acquisition campaigns.Manage partner relationshipsCollaborate with the Sales team to understand lead quality at the channel level and to ensure monthly acquisition conversion rates are metProactively manage the relationship with contracted digital marketing agencyTeam ContributionContribute to a productive working environment through constructive, appropriate and timely communication to team and others Participate in initiatives and activities across the business About you:5 + years working in a Marketing roleProven ability to convert insights into impactful campaign strategies3+ years of experience managing Marketing funnels within a CRM tool (preferably HubSpot).Comfortable running Social Media channels organically including Facebook, LinkedIn and InstagramCertifications in Hubspot Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics, Garage & Adwords highly desirableStrong focus on data and analyticsExperience with email campaign management and executionJob OfferThis role is paying an attractive remuneration and  other incentivesHow to apply :Please submit your cv via seek or send to shortlisted candidates will be
