RequirementsCritical Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceJob Holder should have: Strong experience working with various customer-related models (customer segmentation, lifetime value, markov chains, A/B testing) Experience of working with raw data from the main platforms marketing/sales platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics and Ads/Display network, Social Media etc) Python and/or R SQL Able to use statistical, analytical and visualization skills to generate insights Able to automate regular work flows Version control software such as git Strong desire to learn new analytical skills and techniques Self-motivated and able to work independently Able to work efficiently with international staff Analytical mind and good problem solving skills Excellent attention to detail Able to deal with ambiguity in defining activities and direction Proactive and persistent Fluent in spoken and written EnglishAdditional Responsibilities obligatory for all employees regardless of role: Adhere to the FCA`s Conduct Rules. Principal Duties & Responsibilitiesincluding but not limited to: Assist in pushing forward and expanding FXCM’s customer-related models Help the business to solve problems through the analysis of data to provide intelligence and drive marketing related decisions. Assist in identifying patterns and relationships in data. Proactively finding, investigating and providing solutions to drive growth and increase transparency in all aspects of our marketing metrics Activities may involve development of data models, data visualisation, algorithms and automation scripts
