About this opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis based at our Devonport site. This position is responsible for coordinating administration and customer service activities to service the site. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Receive and process orders through the ERP system Maintain database and records of stock orders and customer correspondence Ensure timely communication regarding delivery and stock situations Be proactive in solving customer problems Process telephone, email and fax enquiries Undertake administration tasks such as banking cheques, processing mail, booking travel Book and manage freight -inwards and outwards Co-ordinate Stock and Inventory control in line with production requirements Raising purchase orders and code invoices Assist in Payroll administration Skills & Requirements You will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and pay excellent attention to detail. In order to succeed you will also possess the following: 2-3 years Administration experience. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Working knowledge of SAP highly desirable Certificate in Administration would be desirable About us Our vision is to lead the circular economy through packaging, reuse, and recycling solutions.
