Merchandiser – Kingston & Surrounds

About the opportunityWorking within a major grocery retailer you will be responsible for executing merchandising based tasks. The point of sale will be sent directly to the store and will be covering a variety of different product categories, from perishable goods through to household items.You will receive a briefing document with activity instructions ranging from removing old/expired point of sale, setting up and placing new displays and completing planograms (relays) to ensure all items are positioned and ticketed correctly. In addition, the role will involve accurate and timely reporting through your own tablet/smartphone that has reliable internet and photo capabilities for you to upload pictures of your displays and report on your in store tasks. You will also use systems to plan your tasks and submit timesheets online which are required within a specified timeframe.The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality and an awesome attitude with a high level of energy to get the job done! If you can build strong lasting client relationships and have impeccable attention to detail then we want to hear from you.The role requires a commitment to work every Wednesday for 2-6 hours and complete additional tasks in your allocated area (Kingston) when planograms arise which will be scheduled on other days during the working week for up to 5-10 hours based on client needs.
