With the award of new projects, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor with experience in the resources industry, with a passion for both candidate care and delivering results for internal clients. This is a contract role based in our Brisbane office, supporting the team to deliver search, recruitment and selection outcomes.

About the Role

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from identifying needs right through to the successful placement of candidates;

Generate sourcing strategies, which will include database searches, head-hunting and networking;

Effectively develop and manage a range of internal and external relationships and stakeholders;

Identify issues and create solutions for recruiting success using a variety of communication methods and resources including social media;

Generate external talent pipeline; proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities;

Participate in continuous improvement, to ensure exceptional recruitment service to maintain attraction and retention of quality candidates;

Effectively utilise recruitment system (Oracle/Taleo) to manage the recruitment process.

About you

Minimum 3 year’s experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience within the resources industry;

Experience in behavioural interviewing;

A strong sense or urgency and the ability to work autonomously;

Knowledge and experience with contemporary search techniques;

Experience with ATS systems, Oracle/Taleo preferred;

Highly developed organisation and communication skills.
