Recruitment Business Partner

This is an organisation stimulating growth and development opportunities for South Australian families through respite services, and providing accommodation for hundreds of people, many who are living in the community. Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor who will be part of an intimate talent team. In this role you will be instrumental in transforming the Talent Acquisition space by supporting a contemporary, meaningful and connected group wide talent acquisition strategy and projects. Utilising technology and innovative sourcing techniques, this role is critical to ensuring the organisation delivers an inspired employee on-boarding experience. Key responsibilities:Execute end to end recruitment with key stakeholdersSupport a recruitment framework which reflects diversity and inclusion principlesBuild credible and authentic relationships within your own team, across the business, with external stakeholders and relevant commercial partnersCreate strong recruitment collateral and advertising in line with the organisation valuesResearch, develop and embed innovative recruitment strategies to immediately attract candidates and identify talent for future recruitmentCoach and support Hiring Managers through recruitment processesGuide candidates through recruitment processes ensure a key focus on customer service Key requirements: Minimum 3 years previous recruitment experienceCommercially astute with strong stakeholder engagement skillsRobust conflict resolution and problem solving skillsKnowledge of the South Australian marketExperience with recruitment systems and social media platforms You will strive to proactively develop internal customer relationships that will allow you to foster a continuous improvement culture throughout your delivery.
